TheHill sits right in the heart of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH). We are part of the Trust’s digital directorate in the Corporate Division, reporting to the Chief Digital and Partnerships Officer. Our role is to help digital innovation to succeed at OUH for the benefit of our patients and people.

We work closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the Trust, from the wards to the boardroom. Our unique position as both an OUH team and a part of the broader healthtech, innovation and entrepreneurship community makes us powerfully equipped to support colleagues with digital innovation. We do this in a number of ways, including:

• • Digital Innovation Ambassadors
    Our flagship programme for colleagues with a passion for digital improvement, including special interest groups around artificial intelligence and remote monitoring.
  • Digital Skills Workshops
    Our digital skills workshops help healthcare professionals gain in-depth digital skills and engage with new pioneering technologies.

• • Needs Triage
    We listen to colleagues’ needs and help them explore digital solutions. OUH colleagues can access this via our Intranet Page.

• • Clinical Engagement
    We triage promising companies and introduce them to teams they might benefit

• • Innovation Showcases
    Bringing companies and thinkers to OUH to share their products and knowledge

• • Social Mixers
    Our regular, informal meet ups to connect you with like-minded people from across the region and take part in themed discussions

• • Innovation Fellowship
    Paid opportunities to dive deeply into the digital opportunities for your specialism.
